The best thing about Moyes is he wants to achieve tangible success (trophies) at Everton. I don't think he'll leave any time soon, unless Fergie retires - the Man U job, which I have no doubt would be his for the taking, might be tough to turn down. But if by then we're in the CL, and challenging for the PL title, I suspect he'd turn it down.

I agree with BK, Moyes could create the type of dynasty at Everton that Fergie has at Man U.
