Similar player to Adebayor - unplayable on his day, but quickly can lose interest. Pullis however is somebody who strikes me as a coach who can keep his players motivated, plus he had a chance to work with Jones a few years ago on loan. Strong, quick, decent skills - still wouldn't rule out him moving to a better club in 2-3 years.

Very good move for Stoke, they now have Fuller/Jones/Sidibe/Tuncay as forwards, very decent group. They should end again in 10-14th territory, which will make them finishing their current plan of improving club - staying in Premier League for 3 years was the most important part of that plan.
They should now look for an attacking full back or some creativity in central midfield.

Sunderland also won't complain too much - they've got decent money for him and it opened a window to loan Wellbeck from MU, as he was interested in first team action only, and Jones kind of stood on his way.

Don't really like some of the posts in this topic - I maybe have short history here, but some of you clearly forgot a situation at Everton a few years ago. Instead of posting some good things about well run club, who has a local owners and does a good job establishing himself as a Premier League team (and has a nice tradition too, which I thought you would care about), you make posts making yourselves look like Everton would recently had success in MU or Barcelona territory. Pathetic.
