Moyes is surely not the type of manager who would turn up and all but pose for cameras with the agent of a player he is trying to buy unless the rest of the deal is nought but a formailty. Unless I'm wrong about this, I'm assuming it's done.

That photo, why was it probably taken today?

Im curious as to how you can ascertain what day a photo was taken. I want to learn that skill.

who knows , but does moyes go to any game and pose for the paps ??it looks very promising though

because if it was taken some time before , when the link surfaced everton were interested in miriallas this photo would have come up straight away
 
OK, that is very definitely (as noted by others several times) the Stade Roi Baudouin (Heysel), where Netherlands and Belgium are currently playing.

Due to the fact that he is outside the stadium Mirallas is currently playing in, with the agent of the same lid kinda swings it for me. Seems a tad unlikely that he would be meeting with the agent outside the very same stadium for any other reason than to discuss the Mirallas deal, due to the fact this has only come to light in the last 48 or so hours my powers of deduction lead me to suggest the photo was taken today......

Unfortunately i wouldnt believe too much of what this lad says cos before these tweets he said Adam Johnson will join us on loan ahead of Liverpool cos were offering a better fee and terms!.

He also said before that that Everton will sign Owen as he failed a medical at his first preference Stoke!.

I guess it could be so but still, doesn´t quote sit right with me. International managers usually don´t put their players transfers at risk just to being able to field them in friendlies.
