this will happen in the next day or two. Moyes will want someone in quickly and won't wait forever for him / his agent in case he goes elsewhere and we miss out on alternative signings. Mirallas isn't the one who can call all the shots here - if we move on and Arsenal don't come in then he could miss out on a move altogether. He's said he wants to come so I see this being tied up fairly quickly

Interview can be seen here. He does appear to say Everton and Arsenal are both interested, but it's more important for him to play every week. He does appear to confirm - in response to the interviewers question - that he's choosing Everton.

However, English isn't his first language and he might have got mixed up.

We're looking at loads of players - which is always the case. I think we'll see at least a couple coming in permanently and hopefully another 1 or 2 on loan
