His English has improved considerably there, he could hardly string a sentence together when he spoke to Sky last night

I thought exactly the same thing when i saw the interview on SSN this morning, dailyfail taking artistic licence to spin it into a story, and look at us, we all read it, page clickthroughs increased, job done.

Wtf is that?

Maybe I'm being naive (not something I can remember being for decades) but I've read the daily mail quotes and with the exception of the 'smile' when asked about arsenal there is not one quote that seems to sink us. At the minute no bid has been accepted & the player knows or believes two clubs (one of which is in the champions lge) are interested so he could end up going to either one but we seem to be kicking him for keeping his options open . I can think of several players in our past alone left high and dry because a deal hasn't worked out, as I see it the lad and his people are doing exactly what I'd advise them to do (if for some crazy reason they wanted my advice) , namely not nailing their colours to the mast before they have to and perhaps maximising their earnings.

That said, I still somehow believe that this DAVIDMOYES character is going to end up having the last laugh and Belgian Kev will sign.

The lad is quality on the pitch but we need players in now and I would rather see everton get active in the loan mkt or otherwise now.

We can,t afford to let this one spin out till the last week of the windown and Moyes knows it.

im sorry, ive watched his ssn interview, he says he wants to play every week and everton is best for him. sod what the mail is quoting, cant believe he's now being called a snide! let him sign first before you turn on him

Agree with this, was chuffed this morning when i heard that interview. then i seen the article on the daily mail and thought how could they twist what he was saying? then the majority on here seem to agree with the daily mail.

It's a nailed on certainty this transfer, I trust David Moyes 100% and I couldn't give a **** what the player, club or agent says. It's all a game to get the best deal for themselves.

There are some knob posters on here who are so gullible it's unbelievable, hopefully it's down to the summer holidays and things improve once the kids go back as this place make kipper look like a forum for the mass intelligent.

Who in particular do you mean?

I saw the interview on SKY this morning and it confirmed for me that he is Everton bound. If it were not for the international game and the inability to do a medical because of that I believe as DAVIDMOYES said that he would be signed by now.

Until all formalities are cleared it is usual for players, agents and managers not to be too definite and anything afraid that a medical could be failed or some other unforeseen event scuppers a move...we see it happen often enough.
