He started the game really badly, that run he made gave him a big boost and he looked dangerous from then on. I'd still like to see him playing on the right though, his crosses weren't that dangerous from the left because he kept sending them in with his right foot. He'd be more inclined to pick a pass than shoot if he was cutting in from the right as well, he wasted a few good opportunities there.

Seeing an Everton player with so much pace and skill is both unfamiliar and bloody brilliant.

This. Baines and Pienaar are great to watch on a footballing level because they open up defences with boss passing in triangles to make up for their "lack" of pace, whereas Kev can do it all by himself which is something else entirely and is something we haven't been able to to see very often as blues. Coleman can do it on occasion, to be fair, but is nowhere near as easy on the eye as Kev. He is swan like in his grace ffs.

He's the new Kanchelskis.

I was just as happy with him on the right as the left TBH. Him and seamus looked like they could work well together. A more direct Bainaar type combo.

His best games have been on the right against Southampton and Swansea, on the left against the ****e and behind the striker against Orient. He's just generally boss.

Can't argue with that. With the balance of our squad I think it's where we need him the most. I like Naismith, he works hard and looks like he can see a pass, but he's not a winger and Vic is wasted there.

Had a great game to day on the right. Him and Coleman look like a real pairing.

Yep. The pair of them were ace for Felli's first.

The idea that he's best on the left is a bit premature-- as I said before the game I'd like to see him roaming. He was switching flanks throughout and whilst Pienaar had a stinker, he looked a constant threat.

Why are we considering moving him to the left. Leave Pienaar there and continue with Kev on the right. Both players on the pitch, no problem.

Exactly. They're both versatile players. Pidgeonholeing them into one role is silly. Let them switch and roam and influence the play all over the pitch -- something they're both capable of.
