Sky News saying that it is expected we will sign him today. Not that, that means much because Sky said moyes was off to spurs
 

Regardless of whether this or a deal for Niang materialise and get completed, my faith in Moyes is being restored somewhat as he seems to be prioritising whatever dosh he's been given to try to rebuild the right area of the team with players likely to be around a few years who can improve themselves (hunger vital to play for us) and us as a team. We can all see we've been pretty solid at the back and functional in midfield the past few seasons but have lacked pace, guile an a finisher in the final 3rd to help us push on. Just desperately hoping we can get them both now COYB.

He plays as a winger as well. Played on the left against England but he's right footed. He can also play up front. Haven't seen a huge amount of him but he seems like exactly the kind of player we need.
 
For me, this is just another reason to hate international friendlies.

Wouldn't have to wait until tomorrow if it wasn't for those pesky kids....i mean friendlies.
 
He's exactly the kind of player we need. Which means he's exactly the kind of player we won't get. This is Everton remember people.
