At the risk of being banned on my first post I would like to start by saying I have absolutely no inside information but I live over in Yorkshire and one of my mates is a Sheff Wednesday fan, he heard on Tuesday that they are trying to get Vellios on loan but Everton want to get cover for his position before they let him go but they where hopefull of having someone in by the end of the week. At the time I was worried because i naturally thought Owen.

As I say nothing but rumour and hearsay but interesting given these developments.
