Clearly putting himself in the window today I thought. Nowhere near as good as he thinks he is and looked like the bit part Spurs player he may become.

I thought he was excellent tbh considering he's not been allowed to even get a sniff of a pitch this season.

Lacking sharpness and fitness due to lack of minutes but two or three times looked like he had a goal in him.

Opinions eh ;)

Spot on that.
For someone who's hardly played in the last few months I thought he had a good game.

The lad's got class and I hope he sticks around.

I hope he dislodges Kone in the starting XI

Mirallas, Barkley, Lukaku and Deulofeu as a front four makes me weak at the knees

Fingers crossed Mikey he will get some more game time. With the lack of togger from this season I wouldn't be surprised to see him benched again Monday of McCarthy is fit and Cleverley gets shifted out wide but I thought he done enough to be given a game against Stoke, same as Lennon though and I think it's a good time for Del to get a little breather ( not too long though!! )

Really? - I thought without Kone, Lukaku although MOTM in my opinion, was very isolated at times and had to come searching for the ball rather than focusing on using the space which Kone creates in a genuine "2 up front". On several occasions Lukaku was definitely later getting into the box by having come deep to receive the ball earlier in the attack. Although much more confident and effective (as you would expect) tactically this looked like the Lukaku of last season rather than this - all because he did not have a genuine partner alongside him.

Yeah but the team overall had better shape

I thought Kev supported Lukaku as best he could and vice versa

They haven't played together for a while, due to Martinez freezing Kev out, so it'll take a some time for them to get back up to speed

There's chemistry there I think

They play together every day in training, and for Belgium - not having that.
