The whole thing was a mess mate, we literally had lads picking Southampton and Bourmouth over us and one we had in the door, jumped on a train down to London, the whole club was a circus on and off and outside the club - chaos - players being confronted in the street.
Plenty of blame to share all around, given the toxicity no one wanted to sign for us, then we backed it up with up by sanctioning a move for Gordon which was stupid, as was releasing Rondon - with no alternatives.
Toxicity, poor management of the window and poor governance - all those things exist together in my opinion. Plenty of responsibility for that to go around.
