Wouldn’t trust a word that came out of that imbeciles mouth.
Not defending FSW but maybe there’s some subtlety in the context, ie knowing we were up the creek with out a paddle on PSR and sales were necessary, largely down to Brands inability to balance the books for whatever reason.
Him not wanting to do sell either of them is distinctly different from whether or not they would still have been on his watch anyway.
