I really really hope TFG are paying full attention because you can't reasonably look at the team he's built, at a profit, and the way it can perform with a proper manager, and not think he deserves to continue. It would be a massive error to let him go.

Moyes for me has always been a pragmatist. With every O'Brien, Beto or Alcaraz that he sees brought in and the hidden talent they have - the more Moyes will start to trust Thelwells views plus the more Moyes gets out of the players Thelwells brings in then the more confident BNK will become bringing in guys on higher fees.

Cherry on the top is the better these two do then the more TFG will back them and you could see the goals and timescale for the ownership on progression being pushed forward s year or two.
