For me it’s Thewell all day.

The Dutch fraud gets sooooooooo much leeway due the Mosh interfered line, but the majority of the wasted money was on him imho. His only redeeming point might be Branthwiae goes someway to balance the worst of his exceess

Gomes, Bernard, Mina, Gbamin, Delph, King, Iwobi, Doucoure Godfrey, Allen, collectively cost hundreds of millions in fees and wages for zero discernable improvement with next to nothing coming back in for them.

Whatever Thewells shortcomings are, at least he hasn’t spent anywhere near as much (to stand still), has sold well, and managed to dig us out of the PSR hole Brand and Mosh left us in.

Apart from that, whatever Brands did behind the scenes clearly wasn’t up to much as Red Kev has pretty much comply torn it up and started again with new departments and increased staff etc.
