If Alonso, an absolute managerial novice with half a season in the Bundesliga, comes in and has that group of players challenging for quadruples every other season with a high 60% win rate and unbeaten at home in the league then we really really need to start having a discussion about what they’re doing over in Kirkby because that would absolutely stink.
