Does anybody else have this problem at wrk a new boss has just started hes from manchester yes hes supports man utd been ok wiv everyone for the first 3/4 weeks now.Now hes being a right t.t sending people home wivouut pay and that,i got sent home on friday for having open toe sandles on when of a friday u wear your own clobber and the soft manc t..t had flip flops on himself what shouid i do tomorrow in wrk.

Shouldnt have been a melt and asked him why he's sending you home if he's wearing sandles.

If he threw the "Im a Baaaaws!" line at, direct him to the office (or whatever) guidlines on wearing normal clobber as to wear it says "no open toes sandles". If its a health safety issue, he should've been pulled up himself by someone above him.

Its about equality in offices nowdays lid. He's gotta play the rules too.

Or just call him a ****.

i didnt end up getting sent home today after approaching the daft manc tw.. the blag was he sent me home due to health and saftey issues in a callcentre i only had a pair ov ******* leather sandles on oh yeah the carlos tevez shirt went down a treat aswell horrible manc tw..(y)

I am with your boss . Open toe sandals ? What are you thinking ? I am struggling to think of anything more revolting . Id sacked you on the spot .

I may agree with you, depends if the accused was wearing socks with said open toe sandles m'lord. That sort of thing may be acceptable over the pond, but not in my back yard. I suspect the accused has more sense though.

My advice is to go back in with open toe sandles, displaying bright red nail varnish on each toe. Roll your trouser legs up to make sure your boss can see.

Pos rep if you post the photo's.
