Scored the goal, and took it really well but was a bit underwhelming apart from that. For such a tall man he was beaten in the air an awful lot. More Peter Crouch than Jan Koller.

He's said it himself that his heading is his weakness. It is rather ironic, but take comfort in the fact that it means we won't be playing the hoofball that many expect us to, now that we've got the big lad.

He just couldn't jump at all. Or head when he did.

Can never quite understand why guys like Crouch, and to an extent Traore, don't try and bulk up. Jan Koller, Crouch and Traore are all 6'8", yet Koller was 100kg compared to 75kg for Crouch and 83kg for Traore. In his pomp, Koller was pretty much unbeatable in the air, and was lethal alongside Nedved for the Czech team.

Naismith looked like Marradona compared to him when coming on , but hey they both scored and we play Arsenal away!

Don't think you can really judge anything off that performance he hasn't played for a lot of months.

Tbh I don't think we will see anywhere near the best of him in his time here. Would realistically take him the rest of this season getting match fit, match sharp and accustomed to this league.

He's here to plug a gap till summer because Roberto couldn't not accept the 12M we got in selling Vic and Jela. And will provide another option along with Naismith to come off the bench to give lukaku a breather.

He's just passing thru. If he contributes a few goals along the way great!

I'd start Naismith against Chelsea.
