The fact is if we sign this lad on loan then it is good business right now. As many have said it is much harder to sign a top striker now as why the hell would any club sanction a sale like that if they want to bring their own success to the club? The only way it would happen is if they received a lot more for the players to make a similar over priced bid of their own.
I am vocal about the missing money as much as anyone but in reality if we buy a striker now then they will not be as good as one we could sign in 6 months with proper scouting and negotiations. Point is I would be happy loaning this lad in and hope he is better than jelavic or vellios and stupidly hang my hope on the money being there in the summer for a decent player.
Off topic but a little prediction here for the summer. If the kopites finish outside top 4, suarez leaves and they will sign benteke. You heard it here first.

I believe there is only a delay if one club gets denied a work permit. If that happens another club cant apply for at least 4 weeks. As WHs application was successful then this isn't an issue.
