PL football was always going to be a step too far for him, and it's no surprise that he's doing well at Coventry. That's the level he should have carried on with after Derby County, until he was ready to make the step-up to the big boys league.
Anyway, I wish Francis all the best. I have no doubt that one day he'll be a boss manager.
