The news of Lampard being sacked by Moshiri took people at the club by surprise, it hadn’t been communicated internally.

….if true it confirms my suspicion that there’s a split at the top;

Moshiri v Kenwright and his buddies.

Kenwright and his buddies live in a self congratulating bubble, drinking their scotch after Board meetings, in their WhatsApp group agreeing it’s all down to Moshiri. Moshiri seeing his millions go down the sink after a load of disastrous appointments, dodgy accounting and amateur governance processes.

A new manager can only apply a fix if he’s able to impart significant improvement in what we already have. It’s why I don’t think we can take somebody who has fallen off the PL managerial roundabout.

Somebody fresh, somebody ambitious, somebody with strong opinion on how to organise a football team. It’s a gamble but I fear it’s our only chance.

Probably Everton being Everton in not officially announcing the Lampard sacking but maybe there’s something else happening here.

Board changes? Maybe Moshiri is insisting BK goes, maybe BK is insisting Moshiri goes.

Not sure what could get the fans onside.

It’s interesting how some headline are about Everton sacking Frank after less than a year in charge.

Shouldn’t it read Everton sack Frank after continual losses and poor performances?

He wasn’t sacked for time space continuum reasons, it was because of poor results and no sign of it changing.

Quite simply fair play to him if no one else had the balls or brains to do the required. I like Frank but he was always taking us down, the bigger choice is getting in the right person to replace him.
