Last Film You Watched

Saw the South Korean Oldboy last night.

I knew it was supposed to be really shocking and i thought i wouldn't be surprised by it but I certainly was. Great, terryifying film. I loved the quirky cinematography too.

Definitely gonna try and watch more SK cinema, I know many are on my watch list but just haven't got round to them.

Watched Bait on DVD. Was very watchable for the most part, but I thought it started to meander a bit towards the end. While it's been overpraised, it's definitely worth a look.

Oldboys one of the best foreign films ever made. Check out this if you liked it, it’s even darker though.

Parasite is obviously a must watch as well, pretty much perfect cinema and will hopefully win best film at the oscars next week or whenever it is

The violence in I saw the Devil is off the scale.

Much better than I was expecting. Melissa McCarthy portrays a struggling writer who finds there is a far better reception for fabricated rather than factual information about the stars of yesteryear. She is well supported by Richard E Grant who also seems to be having a ball. Described as a comedy. If so, it is rather a dark one...

SK films are great.

So many are dark comedies but about 20 other things at the same time but still work. They are really good as being absurd.

I watch this the other day and it was good fun. The plot centres around two nurses getting caught having sex in the x-ray room but all the nurses in the hospital think it's them as they have all had sex in the x-ray room lol . But then it spirals into something different about 5 times all in 85 mins or something.

Rock around the Clock starring Bill Haley, who looked liked a retired insurance salesman. Every song a variant of rock around the clock.Three out of ten daddy - o's.
