I know I'm supposed to love this, but I just didn't find it funny. Decent practical effects, some nice visuals and Bruce Campbell being somewhat likeable aside, it didn't really do much for me. I know I'm in the minority, but I enjoyed Army Of Darkness (yes, I watched them in the wrong order) a lot more. Also too much screaming. Felt like getting stabbed in the ears everytime. 4/10

The deer trophy was pretty funny. There were a couple of other amusing moments as well, but overall there's just a bit too much of the over the top comedy for my taste. I'm literally dead inside though, so comedy misses far more often than it works for me. This gripe of mine isn't exclusive to Evil Dead 2 in any way, not even close!

Finally got round to watching Arrival after convincing myself for years I’d seen it. Enjoyed it, decent pacing for 2 hours.

The Hammer Vetsion, yeah it's great this one.
I really like the original Basil Rathbone one, but ones like this version shows doing remakes isn't a modern thing, but back then theh did them better.
Same with the Phantom of the opera
