Just watched:

How To Train A Dragon

The first one

Outstanding animated movie.

Seriously awesome. Shocked how good it was and how much I enjoyed it.

First off, the main dragon was just like our cat Max. That helped.

But I'm starting to have a theory. Kids animated movies are the 80's adventure we don't see anymore.

And if they are all like this then fine with me.

Can't wait to watch the second one.

Watched the second one with the lad last week, very enjoyable.

Always thought these looked good. One of the few times I wish I had a kid! :o

2nd one is great too,

Nice. Watched it with my girlfriend recently, she cried. I might have shed some unrelated, onion-based tears too, pure coincidence.

Watched 2001: Space Odyssey two nights ago. I've seen it a few times but I was really blown away by it on this viewing. The effects are absolutely incredible.

Also watched Safety Not Guaranteed with that glum looking one from Parks and Recreation. It was my girlfriend's choice. I normally can't abide tales of two socially awkward outcasts finding each other on a backdrop of twee indie music, but it was a pleasnt watch and I laughed occasionally.
