We were tossing up between American Sniper and Imitation Game today, but the session times didn't fit in for us. We finished up seeing Mortdecai, which we'd not heard of, and chose it because of the cast. Johnnie Depp, Ewan McGregor and Gwyneth Paltrow.

Utter farce but very funny, and I kept thinking of Peter Sellers and the Pink Panther films. I googled a review a few minutes ago and the same point was made.

He's amazing, and I'd fight anyone who says otherwise.

Anyone who says otherwise is lying to themselves. He can be my wing man any time.

Blades of Glory was on last night, very funny stuff.

"We're gonna dance to one song, and one song only!" I wonder how many people know that sample comes from there?

Have you seen Semi Pro? That's really good too. Also Balls of Fury is quite good, in a Kung Fu Panda meets Blades of Glory at a table tennis club kinda way :o

The Maze Runner - nice easy watch, the type of survival film I rather enjoy. 7/10
Fury - Love a bit of Brad Pitt, and who doesn't like a good tank battle or two? There's also an incredible blond German girl in it. 8/10.
22 Jump Street - Probably better than 21, the chemistry is amazing, and I've got a proper man crush on Channing. 8/10.

Actually didn't like Semi-Pro, thought it felt a little flat and I've never seen Balls of Fury. What about Talladega Nights? I thought it was great despite absolutely nobody I know thinking likewise.

100% this. 21 was good, but loved 22.

Nights is pretty good, might have to wacth it again tho to give a definitive opinion, as it's been ages since I saw it. Tho I don't see how it could be funnier than the wheel chair race in DoT!
