Last Film You Watched

A late change of plan, and I've just finished watching The Wolf of Wall Street (at long last!).

I don't normally rate Di Caprio but he was boss in this.

But not as boss as his blonde bird in it! My God, she is fit as!

Fantastic Four

Rating = Zero / 10.

Absolutely pointless boredom...nothing happens at all.

Girlfriend fell asleep, i was struggling....

Dont waste your money.

Terminator Genisys

Hmm. Dare I say a bit actual crap?

Some alright action bits. Arnie was ok.

She was annoying. Blokie was annoying.

Jon Connor was annoying.

I'm not convinced all the time lines worked properly. Annoying.

It's a pretty clever film, nicely executed, but as with any of these first-person films, you do sometimes find yourself questioning why they would actually be filming at certain points. You have to leave your brain at the door, so to speak.
I find that easy to do generally. I stopped my " but why don't they" approach a few years ago :)

We watched a film called "The Legend of 1900" last night
First 2/3rds was very Wes Anderson and quite entertaining
Last 1/3rd wasn't and the film could have done with a lot of editing
A bit self indulgent, well actually a lot self indulgent
If youve some alcohol on board (no pun intended, the film takes place on a ship called the Virginian) and are feeling a bit arty you might like it
Otherwise a bit of a swerve

To cheer myself up about Everton probably losing out on the one player I really wanted (after Deulofeu) this summer I watched:

The Blues Brothers (1980)

Still amazing. So many little funny bits that you don't initially pick up. Great music from actual music legends.

Showing it's age a little bit but take it for what it is.
