The Imitation Game - Based on a true story about Alan Turing's role during WW2 and what happened to him afterwards. Excellent film and a very touching story. Benedict Cumberbatch put in a great performance.

I really like Attack of the Clones, though Christensen does his best to ruin it. I love Revenge of the Sith, honestly my second favourite Star Wars movie.

Both great movies, spent a lot of time when I was in the army in Rjukan the area of Norway where the hydro plant is. Met one of the original telemark hereos, he owned the hotel we stayed in in the ski resort.

Indeed they are! It's easy to forget how many good WWII movies there are out there and how they were often based on amazing, heroic acts.

Hope you gave him a good handshake and a big thank you; so many selfless acts from people during the war which shouldn't be forgotten.

I went to the Cathedral of Saints Cyril and Methodius where Gabćìk and Kubiś held out for as long as they could. Very poignant place.

Watched the original Superman last weekend. Should never be forgotten just how awesome this film is. Some truly groundbreaking effects considering it was made in the seventies.

Mad that Mario Puzo wrote the story and screenplay.

He was a very polite and humble man, the hotel he owned was a gift from the Norwegian government to him for his help in WW2.

Easter and Xmas are always a time when you will see some of the classics on TV.
