Don't say anything son, just lie there and take deep breaths. We're gonna get you help real soon.

Everything gonna be fine.

The only ones who are going to get thread banned are those going off topic repeatedly whilst the big name posters discuss the real issues. Mate.

Like the two fellas in the US investment strategy in Everton. Which is the thread topic.

I got it on my mobile phone, I captured everything that happened and will pass it to the authorities.

Come, take a look.

Only if they are buying it via an NYSE listed company, which there isn't any particular reason why they would.

@The Esk

Given the size and scope and background of the two people in the US mentioned to have exclusivity.

I cannot imagine them not heading some form of private equity strategy with some public investment.

As I do not think either has adequate private monies to fund the stadium point we need.

Is all.

I doubt there'll be any public stock if Moores and Noell acquire Everton.

For a start we do not meet the listing requirements for NYSE - we are just too small a business.

Most likely they will have a holding company in somewhere like Delaware with themselves, other direct investors and fund investors holding stock. There will then be a UK operating company sitting underneath and depending upon the lending required separate companies holding "the stadium", gate and commercial receipts, and broadcasting revenues.

We'll see.

At least someone on this forum knows how to debate the issues....
