Right so, I've spoke to my mate, he's said that a full survey was undertaken of the ground, it's the same people who surveyed the Etihad and Anfield before their extensions. Said its still all early days and plans are being put together as we speak.

So in short, a Goodison revamp is definitely an option and being seriously considered.
