One of the lads on here had some info about it mate, a lad he knows has something to do with the surveyors, this is what he said:

"Right so, I've spoke to my mate, he's said that a full survey was undertaken of the ground, it's the same people who surveyed the Etihad and Anfield before their extensions. Said its still all early days and plans are being put together as we speak."

"So in short, a Goodison revamp is definitely an option and being seriously considered."

Chinese investment seems really unstable to me. Would rather have the more stable offer even if it's not the biggest. Things go wrong in a hurry when the money's gone. Forget doing a Leeds, you could end up doing a Portsmouth.
