League of Ireland 2024

What I love to see is young kids wearing their LOI colours - whatever Club. I see this so much at Tallaght. Yes I am a die hard Evertonian since a babe in arms but Rovers are also in my blood. I won't go over my experiences with Peter Farrell.
I need to amend that. Peter was an absolute gentleman...I just didn't want to repeat what I had posted many times about him. My last post might be read in the wrong way by some. It was a pleasure to have known Peter Farrell and to go with him to Rovers games. My experiences of him talking about scoring against England at Goodison and winning a load of bets from his Blue teammates. These are memories that can never be erased

Just back in Boston after making the 6000m round trip with my 5 year old for one of the greatest days in our small clubs history.
I'd never actually been to the Aviva (emigrated in '08)
Bit bananas seeing the Drogs (who are still part time) playing in a stadium like that in front of almost 40k people.
The fans were excellent. Great to watch a game of football with pyro/tifo's/no VAR. It was some atmosphere!
Now dont screw up V Bray :)

Wohoo, Drogs win the pro/rel playoff!
Two great goals from Pierot!
PL and Europe next season.
US investment
Prob go full time.

What a great second half of the season.
5 points adrift at the bottom in July.
Staying up and won the cup!
