I agree to a certain extent but the petulance is starting to affect his performances.

I think he needs a short time out of the starting XI followed by a comforting arm around the shoulder. We know his ability so it's all about rekindling the fire.

Whether we've got the depth to give him time out of the starting XI is another discussion entirely.
