Leeds v Millwall, eh? Sounds like a throwback to the bad old days of '80's football violence' - they must look for that one when the fixture list comes out.

he played the game, its what he does.

business is nasty, its never been anything but.

leeds will survive, and i feel a little bit sorry for them, yes they have always had 'that element' in the crowd, and more often than not had a similar 'element' in their first eleven/squad.

my point is, a club with the history leeds have deserves to be up there with its peers.

give me leeds before newcastle eveyday of the week, and twice on sundays.
Easy for you to say I was shot with air gun there in 70 and stabbed in the arm 12months later would not mind but only went to the ground stayed clear of the pubs:angry:

Upton, Birkenhead. Whitewell (??) Drive, right by the A0527 which ended right there. (The overpass from it went right outside his back garden.

He is a bit younger than you, he was born in '62

I live about 1.5 miles from there.

Tx I have only been Leeds on 3 occasions and twice got attacked my crime wearing a Everton scarf got me stabbed and cheering got me a air gun dart in the chest and the other time I went the coach in front of ours got stoned so either I'm unlucky or they are a gang of nutters.Funny thing I'm on fish keeping forums and have met a few people from there and they are sound

Wow. I'll be sure not to let my wife see your post.

Our only trip to England consisted of us seeing Everton vs. Spurs at Goodison followed by a midweek trip to Leeds to take on Leeds United.

She asked what she should wear and I said "nothing blue."

We didn't have or see any trouble at all but this was in 2004.

There hopefully is the way forward in late 60s-70s there was a nasty element at most grounds and sadly it appears to be starting up again.I remember going to Wolverhampton to watch a replay against Man city and after the game we are on the platform at the station what did the bright sparks do only put city fans on the platform opposite so both sides hooligans had a fine time throwing bulbs and anything they could get there hands on the joke was that we were marched from the station to the ground going and coming back but once on in the station left alone
