Leicester City Football Club

It's a bit depressing to think that the big clubs will just spend a shed load more money to get back to the top. I hope it's not, but I don't think anything like Leicester's success will be achieved by any club like them for a long time.

I wonder if we're going to reach a point where it's financially imprudent to spend the amount of money you'll have to spend to ensure a CL position. That would really open things up.

Sold out their game against us in 2 hours.

Madness!

How many blues are gonna rip then off then? Shame. I want to go, but all depends how I feel, would be horrific seeing 3,000 stoke fans at Goodison, whilst you're locked out, as we win the League.

Whatever deserved credit comes to the players and the manager, their physio and medical team deserve medals in their own right for keeping those players fit and able to sustain such a high energy all season. I wonder, out of interest, what their pre-season preparations were, none of this nonsense about players not being ready for the new season.

The fixture count is also very telling. This is the number of fixtures each team will have played by season's end.

Leicester - 43
Spurs - 53
Arsenal - 53 + Community Shield
City - 57 (max of 60)
United - 57 (max of 59)

Bloody hell, it's bad enough learning that they are smacked up to the balls in PED's, now we find they've been financially juicing as well.

Good luck to them, they have played well all season and not long now! Gives us hope over the coming seasons with our financial muscle now well and truly going to show during the summer. Some players out, good players in, exciting stuff and something to ponder!
