I don't see how, when you look at the money-grabbers at the top end of the PL - City, Chelsea (usually there), Arsenal (to a lesser extent - spent a bit less), Man U (massively) and Spurs (lesser extent - spent the Bale money) and of course the perennial failures Liverpool (and, earlier, Blackburn and Leeds who had shedloads of money pumped into their side) it's impossible not to root for Leicester. If they win the PL it will be the best thing that's happened to football in a big league for many a season - since, well.. Everton in 1985 or - even more so - Forest, Ipswich or Burnley won the league. Naturally we'd wish it was us but there's no reason to not shout for the team that's taking them all on.

Got to put my hands up and admit I'm starting to hate them because I am jealous.

But if it comes down to a straight fight between them and Woolwich Wanderers for the title I will behind the Foxes all the way.

And if the 3 we gave them on Wed means the difference then it will have been a sacrifice worth making.

Reminds me of something, that...

So you're comparing our total football side of 1984-85 to the kick and giggle none football of Leicester City

No sorry mate that won't wash

No one is comparing the football styles but - fhs - to not stand up and root for a side that is both playing well - and not having spunked £200M plus on the first XI gives us all hope. No one justifies the quality of the football - maybe you forget how grindingly awful we were in 1975 when we should have won the league but managed to screw it up. None of us would have cared a jot if it had brought the title - and, in case you have forgotten, the RS won many a title by boring the pants off everyone.
