how disappointing has this season been from Everton? Much is made of the current group of players being among the most talented for many years but the results don’t stack up. Is Martínez’s naivety to blame or are the players not as good as their billing? Or what about a combination of both? Talented footballers don’t necessarily make for effective footballers.

It really is a bit of both. We vastly overrated the players, so did Martinez. Barkley worth more than Bale? Del on track to be as good as C.Ronaldo? Stones the next Beckenbauer?

Lads lay off the players yeah, they wouldnt have to do this if the people at the top did the right thing about a month ago.

You say they dont care about the fans, look at the effort they are making, they care more than you know.

Poor management and disorganisaction can ruin any fine team of employees no matter what the business.
