I went for Moise Kean as he gives me a bit of hope.

If he hadn’t come on, I would have voted for Sidibe, whom was as good this week as he was bad last week.
these players are very naive, just cant make the right decisions, pickford at anfield last season is aprime example.

This squad can and should be top half EASILY, The Premier league is utter gash apart from two teams (Not Leicester) but we've just decided to be crap too, A combination of a crap manager/injuries and a few brain cells in the first team is costing us big time.
Exactly. I am not in the ol' doom and gloom camp yet because I believe that we as a club can turn this around, as long as the right man/people are in charge.

It doesn't look good right now, but momentum from a few victories could easily change this and in this league it is possible to get victories against most clubs.

We're only six points from fifth! Although not great, the defence is for me not too much of an issue and if we could actually score goals then points will come.

By all accounts we were okay with the 352 as the radio suggested. We were fine for the most part until 5mins before the goal when we wasted opportunities and then conceded. As always, the issue mainly comes after we get a set back. The players can't recover. Dont think it is the system/formation at that point, all comes down to players having no confidence and no belief in turning it around.

Even against Norwich, we were on top and looking likely to score for 5-10mins before the first goal and suddenly they score the players heads drop and it's done.

352 not for me , 422 or 433.

Only 3 points from 19th!

Didn't see much improvement. Even with one up, something was telling it would finish like it did. It's a season long story, oponents always look sharper, faster and stronger. Did we create any good chance? Make some decent pressure? This play was hold on, maybe we don't concede, up the front, maybe we do something.
Hmmm. Seemed to me we created chances after we scored. Unlucky today. Question is can we build on it?

I should be surprised and shocked at the manner of our defeat, but that ability has been burned out of me a long time ago.

So where do we go from here? Silva is done, has been for weeks, yet there are precious few decent alternatives out there. December's unpleasant fixtures are now upon us and we are precariously above the bottom three.

If there is any hope to be found somewhere I can't see it.

The defence is certainly an issue.... However part of it is that they're having to work constantly because our attack and midfield can't win their battles and we're always on the back foot. If we went and scored early on, everything would ease up.

Like when a team has all 11 players back for a corner. Only so many times you're gonna stop that 2nd wave of attack as a result of having no outlet go in your net.

True. The point is that we're really not in the abyss as of yet and we could, with the right people holding the reigns, successfully turn this mess around.

Moshiri and his entourage leaving the decision too late is my biggest worry: they seem unable to come to attract the managers they wish and/or find a consensus.
