I'd quite happily take a point alongside a good committed, structured performance. We can hurt them by exploiting the space they will leave. It's up to the players to be brave on the ball.

Absolutely. If we don't do anything stupid ie defending too high which Vardy loves, or giving them a free kick on the edge which Maddison will love, then we should be OK.

Our success today depends massively on Richarlison and Walcott exploiting their attacking fullbacks on the break. Praying he plays Cenk rather than DCL so we actually finish our chances when he get them.

I'm praying he doesn't play Cenk because he is appalling in a counter attacking system. Far far too slow at this level. Morgan would far rather be playing against him than Calvert-Lewin.

I'm plumping for a proud, battling 3-0 defeat today. Vardy with all three after crawling backwards and still beating our centre halves for pace. Maybe we'll win the corner count though so that's something.

I'd genuinely be happy enough with a 0-0.

I don't really expect the forward line to have gelled fully yet, with Bernard being only just fit to start, Richarlison's suspension and Tosun's form and it would mean two clean sheets in two, which'd be ace as the defence has been a concern for too long.

I'm not really expecting what we could realistically call the 'finished article' (or this season's version of that) until after Christmas really.

They won the league 3 years ago - Why would we be anything other than massive underdogs?

Really don't understand the elevated feeling of self worth amongst some Evertonians - We've been (mostly) horrific for decades

It's called optimism mate, try it, you might like it!

With my most positive outlook I see us losing 2-1.

We will look good for about half an hour before a usual defensive lapse lets in Vardy.

We will then lose our heads completely, go further behind then throw on Niasse who will bundle a consolation in at the death.

Just another weekend supporting Everton.

One of those games you think no way. But I have seen us play some great Football having low odds. That is why you play the game. One in form player could make the difference. Would this player be Tosun this week? Stay tuned.

This is a must win. Win today and if Wolves and Watford drop points we are only 1-2 points off 6th. Got to win this and Palace and keep us around that spot come Janaury where we hopefully can sign a top striker.

Come on Silva get Richarlison up top and atleast try it out.

Walcott Siggurdsson Bernard
