If we were to go down then couldn't we now make a case for unfair competition?

You can't allow us to play away to Chelsea with the massively depleted team we had or the majority of our games october/November. Then allow Leicester to get back to full strength when they have players gone to afcon. I mean surely the club have to do something about this

The club need to demand an explanation for the decision and ask why the game isn't being forfeited when it's clear the reason isn't covid related.
