Leicester postponement

Their game against Burnley needs to go at the weekend as well then.
They’ll have one or two back to meet the necessary criteria but still be very much weakened and allowed to play one of our relegation rivals who will be at an advantage.

Amazing how all of these crippling injury lists have occurred since this new rule came into force. Should relate to covid and covid only - if you’ve got other injuries or afcon call ups that’d be tough. You’d have had to play the games pre covid - teams are just taking the mick now. If you told Rodgers to play the match all of these mysterious illnesses would miraculously clear up and they’d be fielding a more experienced side than the one we put out against chelsea.

We should refuse to play any games til richy Calvert lewin and Mina are 100% fit.

Can you imagine when its rearranged for a third time we suddenly have a spate of injuries and a few covid cases and Leicester want to play the game, i can guarantee we'd be forced to play the game or it would be forfeited 3 pts to Leicester!

So what’s changed since yesterday’s cup game v Watford, they had enough players for that.
They only had 8 first-team players available for yesterday's cup game against Watford. I don't know if they lost any yesterday, but they clearly did not the PL's apparently requisite 13 first-teamers available.

More I think about this the more angry I get - this one has hit me financially as travel plans have to be shelved, and thousands more will be the same but it's not just that - it's vendors and local businesses taking a hit, casual matchday staff losing a night of paid work when they might need the money now, catering stock that's been bought and will go to waste. Money down the drain and so many people messed about at the last minute - all because Leicester have some injuries and 4 guys on international duty. It's barely anything to do with Covid so there's just no justification for it.

Madness.

Truly mad. When did injuries ever become an issue? COVID, yes but injuries? Marvellous.

That’s now Leicester without Vardy, and the AFCON players, and Newcastle with Wilson and Saint Maximin, who we’ve had to miss.

Doesn’t really seem fair.
Was the game due to be televised? If not, there's the real reason.

How’s it the club’s fault exactly? We’re the ones being done out of gate revenue and stock loss twice because of a dodgy loophole by a corrupt league
I’d like to see the league challenged for once

City went all the way to the top to get their European ban overturned. I’d you question the authorities maybe that would help
