The service to him has been poor, but I'm sorry DCL just doesn't have what it takes to score goals at this level. Niasse has to start next week at least he looks more of a threat.

BS central here.
Absolutely Usworths fault for setting up completely wrong, for taking out the wingers, for not anticipating they'd play on the counter, playing Rooney for 73 minutes too long, partially for Kenny too.
So play like Koeman had been doing and get hammered by 4?

This is nothing against Niasse but when the only positives are him chasing a lost cause, you know that you're in for a long season.

Yes, that’s as maybe.

But if our supposedly “better” players showed Oumar’s heart and energy we might be in a much better place.

DCL is a good young player but needs to lift his goal scoring productivity. It hasn't helped that Bainsey has had an unusually poor day at getting in those famous Bainsey crosses.
But it's been a bit underwhelming overall. I acknowledge that the clocks going back can upset the body's biorhythms , but we seem very lethargic.
Hopefully we'll play better next weekend

Beningme won more tackles in the two games he's played than the rest of the team for about the past 5 games I reckon. Niasse looking like our most potent attacking threat.
