Not gonna moan about the team cos frankly no idea whose carrying knocks and whose Morale is absolutely destroyed from the early part of the season.

One thing we can't do is afford to be starting 4-5 players whose form and morale are shot to pieces (Schneiderlin, Sigurdsson, Holgate, Klassen) or ones who have that AND who are possibly carrying knocks as well (Keane & Sandro).

I like the selection except that I don't feel Beni should have been dropped after his performance midweek. Lennon provides much needed pace and defensive coverage for Kenny whilst Niasse is an impact player against tiring legs. DCL does not appear to be a natural goalscorer though, more a Marcus Bent type player, so we're still relying on Rooney and maybe Kev for goals.

Yes. He was dropped because he was poor which is fine, however when his replacement is just as poor, if not worse then he deserves another chance.

Plus this isnt a short term thing with Rooney, most of us feared exactly this when he signed as he has been like this for the last 2 years.

Rooney has been far better than Sig this season, and looks like the only one in our team that looks like scoring.

How in anyway has Sig earned his place he has been absoloutley annonymous in every game hes played
