What's a new manager going to do with this lot?, Koeman spent 200 odd million and Unsworth is having to play youngsters and the long serving players because the buys are so poor. I don't think its mismanagement, if anything its the Moshiri takeover confusing what was (and still is in many areas) a settled club that was a decade or so down the road of growing its own players via the lower leagues and the youth teams, with one or two bigger names brought in order to sell later.

If his money hadn't turned up we would probably have signed completely different players (Pickford aside) and have a younger team that had more togetherness; as it is we have paid lots of money for players we arguably didn't need and are having to change the way we play in order to accommodate them.
