talksport are gonna have a dutch journalist on in a bit to talk about fer!! he will probs just be guessing and say what we have all ready heard but could be interesting to see what he says!

There are some new facts surfacing in Holland regarding the Fer transfer.

* Fer can only receive a maximum penalty of community service work for the crimes that he has commit (he could also receive a fine). This comes from press officer of the Dutch court. They are also not saying what Fer has done (Dutch privacy law).

* The doctors in the hospital did 3 seperate tests on Fer's knee before they gave Everton the green light to complete the transfer. The doctors know that the knee is not the strongest but say it will be okay for him to play in the Premier League. Everton came back to Twente with a new offer and extra installments so that they would spread the risk between the clubs in case something happened to Fer. Twente didn't accept because they had already agreed terms the day before.

Everton have reportedly given Twente until 20:45 to accept their demands and offer. If they do not accept, Everton will try and sign another player on deadline day.

That's the situation at the moment.

I've got a good idea lads.

Let's all spend all day looking through as many jarg websites possible to see what's happening and try and second guess Twente/Everton/Fer and come up with our own solutions.

It's definitely worth it.
