Leroy Fer

This analysis was from 11tegen11.com on the new post on The Executioner's Bong

“ Leroy Fer has been a talent for long time although I’m not quite sure he’ll meet the high expectations placed upon him. He is physically strong, a box-to-box midfielder probably comparable in terms of style to Yaya Touré at Manchester City. He has no weakness per sé, but the type of midfielder he is (box to box) are not really in fashion and perhaps LF needs to choose which midfield role he will focus on, and probably play as a deeper destroyer MF role with forwards runsâ€￾

Just been reading this guy has just had, & come back from a bad knee operation - but has played well scored well - passing is not his best attribute but deffo a box to box midfielder who can operate on the right hand side of midfield as well as central midfield! - hope he passes his medical!

My mate's just text me and said Arsenal are in for Leroy now, someone please tell me this isn't true.

I don't think I'll be able to sleep tonight until I see Leroy holding aloft the blue shirt.

no, it's not true. he was linked with arsenal and newcastle a few seasons ago. he's on his way to us. he'll be at finch farm later on for sure.

Cant see this court case stuff materialising myself. Feeling confident on this one (Suprisingly) so hope I see him holding up a blue shirt tomorrow morning.

He said he was informed of our interest the night before the Southampton game, and watched it, and saw the potential of the team.
Probably our worst performance of the season.

Having not seen that interview when someone said that before I genuinely believed they were taking the piss, and it was a half decent laugh. Think it's even funnier to know it's true, what garbage the Dutch league must be if that's a performance of potential.

No doubt he saw the 30 yd black hole in the middle of our formation and thought he'd slot right in. Tell you what, if That Moyes fella engineered that awful performance just to secure Fer then he has his head screwed on very firmly indeed.
