Les-there City

That was the most one-sided game of football I've seen in a long time last night.

On the politics business, some people really need to grow up if they are offended by a chant in a football stadium about a politician. In my view, those taking offense at this chant are just as extreme as those that are singing the chant. Can't we just learn to forgive and move on?

Leicester are having a terrific season. They are doing what I had high hopes we would be doing, competing for a top 4 place. They are well worthy of their current position, but only half the season has been played. They had their wings somewhat clipped in recent games. They should be too experienced for it to lead into a total collapse in form, but time will tell.

Really outing themselves as vile creatures this lot recently.

The amount of good will they got on their way to winning the title too. Fans of every club bar spurs wanted them to do it, yet now they give back with some vile stuff.

Deeply unimpressed with them in the league cup, Tory stuff was disgusting.

The sun stuff yesterday to Liverpool fans was sickening too. No doubt they were singing Boris Johnson songs too.

Fox hunting makes me sick to my stomach too.

Horrible club.

On more than one recent occasion, Leicester fans have dished out (illegal) homophobic abuse when playing Brighton. Something your lot haven’t done in your 3 PL visits to the Amex. Your chants were predictably positive Everton stuff.

Must be something about the Midlands. Derby and Villa fans seem obsessed with chanting abuse at all visitors.
Throw Stoke and Wolves onto the list as well. The few times I've been to Leicester, both Filbert Street and the new ground, it's been moody each and every time.

They seem to have an obnoxious section of supporters, more than most.

It's only fair to point out that some of our fans sing some disgraceful songs when we go to Old Trafford and the Etihad though, and a number of fans don't represent the whole fanbase. Munich and Shipman songs get sung by more than just a handful. I'm sure there will be the usual Shipman comments when we play City soon.

Leicester and Southampton seem to have an especially hateful section in their fanbase. 2 sets of fans I have little time for without us having any particular rivalry with.

That's if that's what he was referring to.

Because if it wasn't then it's not about hilsborough. They do like to link everything to that in their victim mentality , rather than pay respect to those affected and honour it once a year.

Don't worry most people on here put you and the leicester fans in the same bracket, mocking hillsborough isn't okay

How on earth any actual Evertonian could look at what is happening at the top of the table at the moment, with Liverpool being anointed for the title and being utterly rimmed by the whole of the media, and still claim that Leicester City are 'everything wrong with football at the moment' simply beggars belief.

When Leicester won the title they did so by ten clear points and yet didn't have a player of the month from December onward. Compare and contrast.

So they sing a few songs you don't like. Everyone does. We do. Get over it.

If this isn't a huge wind-up by some RS lurkers, I would seriously suggest having a look at things. If people here seriously want the RS to cruise to the title, stuffing Leicester along the way. then I don't understand how the world works any more.

I've never, ever wanted Liverpool to win a game, no matter who the opposition are. And I'm not planning on starting now. Sure, they're going to win it. But if anyone could stop them, ANYONE, they'd get my vote
As you'll be well aware by now, Leicester are total frauds who were never actually competitors for the title. They'll end up battling Spurs and Chelsea for 4th. A great season for them to be sure, but never a title caliber team.

They're a stain on football because of how they behave. They should be a great story. But when as much of their improvement is because they've embraced the so-called "dark arts" as actual ability, I can't appreciate it. They're similar to Spurs and the RS in recent years on that front. The songs and their support generally just add to the top of it.

they were hold 'the sun' signs up, knew exactly what they were doing
But again we're they doing it with that in mind or simply as the city hates the rag?

Context my friend.

So easy to attach one thing to another. For example spurs being accused of anti sematism where the context is that they sing it about themselves. Homophobic behaviour recently is simply a song about male prostitutes.
