We just worked out that our lad was 3 months old. I was in a position where my family were all RS and my missus was a Man U fan like her dad and brother who were season ticket holders. I was having none of it, his bedroom (before he was born) was blue and white with Everton pics all over the wall, and the main bit was at the birth as he was sliding out of my missus I had a Everton baby grow at the minge end for him to slide into, the rest is history.

That result/performance today showed what is possible under Ancelotti. It reminded me of the success we had against them with the Dogs of War 1990s team.

Anyone notice it was like a wake in the Sky studio after the game with old Souness and little miss red knickers? Very quick analysis, quick interview with Ancelotti and then “right let’s turn our attention to Fulham/Sheffield United” in record time. You just know it would have been full after game analysis right up until kick off of the later game if the result was the other way around
