..I nipped into town last night for a meal and it was full of them. Tourists. Good for the local economy but it does put you off your food, I couldn’t wait to get home.

I basically don't go into town, my own home city where I live, on days they have a home game.

..Saturdays in my local is what I do but when they’re a lunchtime kick off I stay in. Blokes in red shirts turn up who you only see on those occasions. There’s two beauts who are from out of town, they sit right in front of the big screen with a lager shandy each and 6 packets of crisps which lasts the full game. They’re harmless enough but the pub is taken over. Saying that, it’s brilliant sitting quietly with them when they get turned over.

I think it was last season i decided to go to Chelsea away pretty late in the day and couldn't justify paying £80 for a single to London, So i got the megabus from town around 2a.m. Ended up in one of the bars on Mathews street for a drink before hand as usual full to the brim.
Cue around 5 Scandinavian reds turning up in their full winter coats full with Liverpool scarves. In a nightclub at 1am


Also was working yesterday and drove through town on the way home at around 2pm. Saw at least three different groups of lads/girls some with the shirts on jsut walking round town, there was still 25 minutes left to play in the game.
