I used adobe viewer , shrunk it to 68% portrait and it puts everything up at the top of the page.

So how do I sort it mate?

Look at your print setting & tick 'print preview' as well, when it show the preview the right hand text (terms & conditions) will be off the side of the page, on the settings you don't want 'fit to page' or 'scaling'

Ctrl P usually gives you printing where you can change the settings as opposed to hitting the printer symbol that often fits to page by default.
