T
That's bullshit imo
That won't happen, Everton FC sent a delegation to Lille last week asking them to honour tickets booked independently, so although there will be an extra police presence, there shouldn't be any problems.
The Everton fans bought the tickets legally from a public website, so nobody is breaking any rules in my opinion !

Lille have ordered extra police for the night and warned that home and away fan allocations must be respected according to UEFA rules. So bon chance if you have a ticket in the home end lads.

According to Le Monde , Chief Inspector Jaques Mesrine today said, "we have received information from Msr Jay McKenna in Liverpool that a large number of Everton fans have obtained tickets amongst the home support. Many more are travelling without tickets and are hoping to sneak in to the stadium dressed as gendarmes, stewards and onion sellers".

"After consulting with the authorities in Merseyside and Florence we have decided on putting the following measures in place".

Citywide alcohol ban from 01:00 am to Midnight on October 23.

Ticket checks in ferry ports, airports, and Little Chefs.

Breathalyser points on all approaches to the stadium.

Sniffer dogs and their colleagues at the X-ray dog unit will be deployed.

Anyone with Adidas ZX, trainers (trabs) will not be allowed through passport control.

"We hope these measures will combat those hell bent on breaching UEFA regulations , and ensure that the LOSC regulars are not frightened by crowds of 25k plus".

See, this man found the quote.

Who's laughing now? Sacre bleu.

Tickets still on sale so anticipating a mad rush at 8 a.m. tomorrow for those with ST + 1 (including me).

Already have hotel in Lille booked for Wednesday and Thursday; GB plates at the ready - can't wait!

do you reckon these will go down to season ticket holders? or the next batch will sell out?

edit: and also, are all the tickets down as adult ones? so i can use a 12 year old's customer number to buy a ticket that a 40 year old can get in on? nice one lads
