The only reason you are continuing to bang that drum is to absolve Liverpool fans for getting all English clubs banned. English fans already had a dreadful reputation in Europe. As usual, Liverpool fans have to go that little bit further than everyone else. I suppose it's because it means more. Those 39 innocent fans lost their lives directly at the hands of Liverpool fans who were completely out of control. If Liverpool fans hadn't behaved the way they did, Thatcher and the govt would have had no reason or excuse to ban the rest of us.
But it's never your fault.

I'm going to make an assumption that Patrick Radcliffe is the northern Irish guy who died; along with the belgians and french who sadly passed away. @Oddball makes out it was all Juventus fans who died, maybe it was, perhaps he has done more research than everyone else.

youve lost me mate, whats your point? its a really strange post from you there because saying `Juventus fans` is basically me being lazy and ironically not doing any research, which is another point you lost me on.... edit....you should think a bit more about what you post mate, just because theyre Belgian, French or Irish doesnt mean theyre not Juventus fans!

So you have done your research then? And you're saying they were all juventus fans?
 

Sturridge and the avoiding of a ban by playing it out for several months (also allowing him to play and win a Champions League medal). No sir, no Tony Kay style ban for him and, when it came, it amounted to a ban from pre-season training at his new club in Turkey. Heaven forbid the beatific LFC should suffer as a consequence of anything one of their players was guilty of.
