The Chinese Investment Company 'behind' Kenny Huang has denied they even know what this feller's going on about:

On this one I agree with the Prince of Darkness.

Doing business with China is fraught with difficulty. Establishing legitimacy is one of the big issues - you have to physically go over their to do it and even then, you need local help.

This one could run and run. I'm rubbing my hands (in Davek/Prince of Darkness style) with glee at all the prospect this one could run and run... and all the instability it could cause them.

and that they could very well end up with a group even "better" than the yanks in terms of accountability!

What I wrote on another thread earlier today...

And it seems like it took less than 24 hours to blow holes in the RS "saviours" mythical bid.
